Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an investor and theorist. He initiated Social Discovery Group, an international online enterprise with central office in Malta, and holds stake in Dating Group.



In 2016, he founded the SDG Foundation.



He has received a PhD in philosophical science and co-founded the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Philosophical Department of Moscow State University.
